[an error occurred while processing this directive]In my case, I want to scale the mask layer to 200 percent its original height and also offset it a bit.
So, as with the method we discussed in our previous article, I now have a Mask layer that exceeds the actual dimensions of my button file. At this stage, you can now go in and define the visible portion of your asset with white on the Mask layer. I'll be making my asset, as I say, visible through the center photo frame.
Now I'm ready to save it and test it out in DVD Studio Pro. Note that although I'm only transforming the height of the mask, the 200 percent transformation will apply to both the height and width of my asset in DVD Studio Pro. And because I've stretched it vertically, it will all me to move the asset horizontally within DVD Studio Pro. Let's take a look at this button in action with an asset.
Bringing it into DVD Studio Pro 2
So now launch DVD Studio Pro 2. In the Palette, click on the Buttons tab, and then select the Custom button. Click "Import," and select your button file.
